I. Of the Captain
The keeper of your data is THREE CORSAIRS LLC, at 16-a kv. 107, vul. Berezhanska, Kyiv, 04201, Ukraine, under Director Yevhen Fermaniuk. All messages on these matters go to support@threecorsairsllc.shop.
We sail by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for friends from the European Union, the GDPR.
II. Of Orders and Measurements
For metalwork and furniture we record the customer's name, contacts, the address of the object, measurements, sketches and photos of the place of installation, the contract and payments. These serve only to make and install your order.
III. Of Entering Your Home
When our crew comes to measure or install, we note the time of the visit and the contact person. We photograph only the place of work, never your family or belongings, and our installers keep what they see to themselves.
IV. Of Vehicle Trade
Buyers and sellers of vehicles give us identity and tax details, payment details and the data needed to register the vehicle with the authorities. These go to the registration service and no further.
V. Of the Shops
In our stores you may buy without naming yourself. Card payments are handled by the bank. When selling alcohol or tobacco, staff may look at your ID to confirm your age — it is not copied or kept. If video watch is kept in a shop, a sign says so, and recordings are erased within 30 days unless needed for an incident.
VI. Of Sharing the Spoils
There are no spoils: we never sell personal data. We share only what's needed with:
- carriers and installers who deliver your order;
- vehicle registration authorities;
- our bank, accountant, IT and email providers;
- state authorities where the law demands.
VII. Of the Hold
- Enquiries — 6 months;
- Orders, measurements and photos — until the warranty ends;
- Vehicle deals, contracts and accounting — as long as the law requires.
This website keeps no cookies or trackers. The form opens your own email program. Fonts are fetched from Google Fonts, which learns your IP address.
VIII. Of Every Sailor's Rights
Any person may ask us to show, copy, correct or delete their data, to limit or stop its use, or to withdraw consent. Write to support@threecorsairsllc.shop; we answer within 30 days. Complaints may go to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Changes to these Articles will be posted here with a new date.
